These Terms govern your use of Vanta. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

• Use the app lawfully and do not abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer it.
• Do not use the app to violate the rights of others.
• Keep your device secure to protect locally stored data.

3. No financial advice

Vanta provides organizational tools and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

4. Third-party services

If you connect bank accounts, third-party connectivity and your bank’s authorization flow apply under their own terms.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the app and for maintaining the security of your device and accounts.

6. Intellectual property

The app and related materials are owned by ZameFlow. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use unless stated otherwise.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided as is and as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZameFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be suspended for security or legal reasons.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
